5 tablespoons butter
4 eggs
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
1. Pan – butter into oven to melt butter.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, salt, flour and milk. Use a blender if desired
or mix.
3. Melt the butter in a baking pan – put oven till the butter melt. Out of pan.
4. Pour the contents of the mixing bowl into the pan.
5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the mixture rises. Serve at once. Sprinkle sugar
topping.
