½ cup caramel topping
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
5 or 6 apples, peeled, cut slices (about 6 cups)
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup cold butter or margarine cut small pieces
2/3 cup quick-cooking oats
Direction:
Preheat oven to 350. Large bowl, Stir together caramel and cinnamon till blended and add apples. Till evenly coated. Spread in greases 8 by 8 pan dish.
In same bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, butter and quick oats use pastry or fork or other. Crumble Mixture over apples in baking dish.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
Tips:
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream additional caramel topping!!
