2 cups finely crushed graham or pretzels
½ cup sugar, divided
2/3 cup melted butter or margarine (11 tablespoons)
12 oz. (1-1/2 8oz. pkg.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
2 cups hot water
1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Brand Strawberry.
1½ cups cold water
2 pt. strawberries, sliced
Directions:
Oven 350. Mix crushed graham, ¼ cup sugar and butter. Press firmly onto bottom of 13 X 9 pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool.
Cream Cheese, remaining ¼ cup sugar and whipped topping until smooth. Spread over crust. Refrigerate.
Med-saucepan. Boiling water and JELL-O mix about 2 min until completely dissolved. Pour into bowl and add cold water stir. Bowl put in Refrigerate and cutting strawberries slice then take JELL-O bowl out of the refrigerate add strawberries. 13 X 9 out of refrigerate and strawberries JELL-O spread over cream cheese.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Cut into squares.
