½ of a 16oz package (linguine or angel hair or other)
1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
2 tbsp. butter
1 lbs. boneless chicken breast, cutting cube.
1 can (10 ¾ oz) cream of mushroom soup (regular or fat free)
½ cup milk
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Prepare spaghetti any of kind package follow direction in 3-qt sauce pan. Add broccoli during last 4 minute of cooking time. Drain spaghetti and broccoli well in colander.
2. Heat butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Add Chicken and cook until well browned, stirring often.
3. Stir soup, milk, cheese and spaghetti / broccoli mixture into skillet. Cook until mixture is hot. Serve!
Tips:
Left over chicken or grill chicken w broc alfredo (substitute grilled chicken breast or left over chicken, cut into cube)
Shrimp broc alfredo (substitute 1 lbs fresh extra large shrimp or frozen shrimp shelled off, for the chicken. Cook until shrimp turn pink.
