One Package of Wide Noodles (8oz)
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/4 cup Green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic minced or Garlic jar ( 1 tsp)
3 - Cans Tomato Sauce (8oz)
1 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup cottage
1 package cream cheese (8oz) - soften
1/4 cup sour cream
3 or 4 green onions, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Noodles package direction to cook. Cook ground beef, green pepper & garlic. till brown - drain. Add tomato
sauce, sugar, salt/pepper. with beef. Then put into mix with noodles.
Combine cottage cheese - cream cheese mix then add sour cream and green onion.
Layer half of beef noodle into 13x9x2 inch baking dish. then cottage cheese mixture on beef noodle then
remainding beef noodles. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake (uncovered) about 30 minutes or until heated through.
Tips / Store
Tomato sauce at asile soup area. 8 oz one can each. make sure look tomato sauce with 8 oz! You can without
Bell Pepper or with. Green is better taste are great!!
