1. Lobster tails and shrimps wash very cold water. Lobster tails cut shell and leave
tails (don’t cut tail). Pull inside then take lobster outside on shell. Wash again to
clean as well. Tails put on pan.
2. Shrimps cut halve open and leave on shell. Shrimps put on Pan.
3. Sprinkle garlic salt season or lemon on tails and shrimps.
4. Brush butter melted on garlic salt or lemon tail and shrimps.
If plenty shrimp no room on pan then put top stove. Small pan. Butter and garlic & ginger
cream. Add shrimps cooking till red and done.
Oven 365 and bake for 12 – 14 minutes – check lobster tail become red and shrimp red
shell also, check lobster done firm top.
Minutes depend on your stove New or Med or Old stove. Just simply to check firm top
and Red tails & Red shrimp shell!!!
