1 lb. Ground beef
1 med. Onion chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 bells (red, green, orange or yellow), cut into large pieces
1 cup sour cream (8 oz)
1 bag egg noodles - cooked.
Direction:
1. Brown beef and onion, drained. Add soup and sauce. Stir until mixed well.
2. Add bells peppers, simmer until peppers are tender. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve over egg noodles or Rice or other.
