Pork n'Potatoes Bake
Recipe
9 x 13 Pan
Ingredients:
6 Pork Chops
Season salt
1 can (10.3/4 oz.) cream of celery
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (24oz.) hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 cup shredder cheddar cheese, divided
1 can french fried onions, divided
Directions:
Brown pork chops in lightly grease, skillet. Sprinkle with seasoning salt and set a side. Then one larger bowl for Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper & salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup French fried onions, spoon mixture. Potatoes mix into 9 x 13 baking dish, Arrange Pork chops over potatoes, Bake covered at 350 for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and Onions bake uncovered for 5 minutes. Longer
Tips:
If you not want pork chop ~ can use chicken!
Cream of chicken soup OR cream of mushroom soup OR cream of celery
