Crock-Pot (Slow cooking)

Ingredients:

1 Beef Round Bottom Round Rump Roast
2 Beers any kind of beers brand
1 Tbsp. Montreal Steak
½ tsp. Garlic Salt
½ tsp. Season Salt
1 Tbsp. Instant Coffee
6 cubes beef flavors
1 tsp. Thyme
1 (8oz) Baby Carrots
1 Onion cut 1/6, optional
5 to 7 Red Potatoes cut ¼
1 (8oz) Mushroom, optional
6 Garlic cut strips
Water

Direction:

Turn High Crock-Pot

Combine Ingredients and fill up water cooking for 8 to 10 hours depend on Roast Beef is done tender and easy pulling meat.

Tips:
If freeze roast beef put in crock-pot overnight cooking “low” till you wake up morning check and turn on “high” till if it’s done and turn on “warm” or “low” and service!
Not want Beers can use lot water instead of beers.
