Breast Chicken 2 or more. (Cut halve) Or the store does have cut thinner chicken.
Corn Flake half – Crush very fine.
1 Stick of butter, melted.
Salt, dash
Directions:
1. Wash chicken – cut fat off and halve. Butter melted. Chicken dip into butter
and put into flake bag shaking – shaking. Coat chicken put on pan and
sprinkle flake cover chicken.
2. Remaining chicken dip butter, flake shaking and sprinkle. Salt dash.
3. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes or no longer pink chicken.
Rice
Ingredients:
Minute white rice
1 Can of Chicken broth or Beef broth
Directions:
1. Chicken broth pour into measure see how much cup. “1 ¾” cup then follow
Minute white rice “1 ¾ cup” good for 4 services.
Tips:
If you need more services then make 2 cans broth will make around 8 services.
