White Chicken Chili

Recipe

Top oven large pot pan

Ingredients:

4 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic pressed or 2 tsp. Jar chopped garlic
1 (4 oz) can of chopped green chili (mild), med or hot desired
2 tsp. cumin ground
1½ tsp. Oregano
¼ tsp. Red Cayenne pepper
6 cups chicken broth
3 cans great Northern white beans, drain
3 cups grated Monterey cheese
1 cup salsa
1 Bag Corn Tortilla Chips

Direction:

Cook Chicken. Heat small amount of olive oil, add onions, garlic, chili, and spices. Cook for 2 minutes. Add chicken, broth, beans, and salsa. Stir well. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add 1 cup of cheese to chili and stir until melted.

Put some in a bowl, crush taco chips and shredded cheese on top.

EAT AND ENJOY

Tips:

Add sour cream and green onion topping if your desire.

Crock pot 5 hours to service for party or family or friend
